About Me:

Before you read about me, read this: “The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on 'donating a mammogram' for free (the pinke window in the middle). this doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors and advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammograms in exchange for advertising. Here's the website http://www.thebreastcancersite.com/, so get clicking and pass it along to all the people you know!”

They said man would never walk on the moon.  They said mobile phones would never catch on.  They said we’d never have a woman Prime Minister.  They said a woman’s place is in the home.  They said people over 30 should be married with children.  They said all black men are muggers.  They said NLP is manipulative and doesn’t work.  They said I’d never stay in the top band at school.  They said I wasn’t a good enough captain to win the league (or the cup).  They said I should get a job packing boxes.  They said I’d never make it to the top of my profession.

The point is, many people have their ‘they’ – people who tell them they can’t do this, or they’ll never amount to that, or they shouldn’t (or should) do the other.

Even beyond that, there are – even now – messages all around us that reinforce the nation that people ought to remain in their place and that only the very lucky few lottery winners, or exceptionally talented (and lucky) individuals can become successful in their chosen fields, while the rest have to put up with mediocre lives and jobs, only living at the weekends if they’re lucky.

What I want to do was help people to wake up and break out of their conditioning and realise that they could achieve whatever they want.

My life calling to help people access opportunities to have the life they want. What this means is that I’m about working with people who have come to feel that they “can’t” either in their personal life or in their career. People who by virtue of their age, ethnicity, gender, level of disability or any other reason, have come to feel that the are somehow less, somehow unworthy and cannot have the choices or success enjoyed by other people.

This is particularly close to my heart because some of the experiences I’ve had in my own life had a profound effect on me and the way I interacted with people. I became more and more introverted and reserved and stopped giving my best in situations so that when I inevitably failed, I could say that it was because I hadn’t tried my best and wouldn’t have to deal with giving my all and still getting slapped down.

Looking around the world, I see people who have faced similar issues. Some have gone on to achieve great things, while others have remained stuck

What I am doing is working with others so that they come to realise that we don’t have to be defined, boxed in and held back by what other people think of us, or even by what we’re come to think of ourselves.

I’m taking this into the world as an executive coach, trainer, facilitator and consultant, with my company Quiddity Solutions and with other, working with people across cultures and across sectors, working with as many people as I can a paid and voluntary basis.

¿¿¿ REMIND YOURSELF, WHAT DO YOU WANT???

Do you want to make a change in your life? Perhaps you’re unsure of your direction, or feel that you’ve gone as far as you want to in your current role. Perhaps you’re at the top of an organisation, but don’t feel that you’re at the top of your game… Do you need of a boost of motivation or confidence, or to adjust your work/life balance?

~ Clarified your goals

~ Developed a next step action plan

~ Greater personal awareness

~ Discovered your hidden challenges

~ Motivation to get the results you desire

It’s important that you benefit from the time. So, if you’re already where you want to be and doing what you want to do, this probably won’t be useful for you. If, on the other hand, you reckon that you could use a little more clarity, do get in contact.

Something about me: I’m a former organisational director and have over twenty years’ experience gained in the non-profit, public and commercial sectors, encompassing service delivery, marketing and senior management. Aside from business and coaching experience, I have a box of toys that includes action learning sets, neuro linguistic programming, reiki and massage therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, clean language and positive psychology. My passion is helping people to meet their personal and organisational objectives, and to exceed their own expectations.

My style is to focus completely on you - to listen, observe and tailor our sessions to your own individual needs. I’ll draw solutions and strategies from you, confident in the belief that you are naturally creative and resourceful. You’ll explore principles and skills that might be new to you, and learn how to use them to enhance your existing talents, and break through any barriers that you’re facing. You’ll learn by experience, have lots of fun, and progress more quickly than you can imagine.

I’m working from an abundance model, so please pass this free offer on to anyone in your networks that might be interested.

Meanwhile, watch this!

Oh, and by the way, “they” were wrong. What else are they wrong about?
